If You Shop at JJB

Thank you for visiting this page, if you are wondering what this is all about, I'll tell you. Even though I no longer work there, I still have a lot of things I would like to tell you about how to get the most out of your visit to this 'fine' shop.

You will find that the staff are a lot more helpful if you follow these simple, or at least you'd think they were simple, guide lines:

Don't pick stuff up and put it back somewhere else!
Don't put hangers back on the wrong way.

Don't leave jackets with the sleeves out of their pockets and their zips undone.
Trouser hangers are not that hard to figure out!
NEVER call a person over by whistling.
Cleaners probably work so buy them, and stop telling the fakest of lies - "we have some at home I think" - NO YOU DON'T
We are on our feet for at least nine hours a day so don't attempt humour unless you know you're funny.
We are all drained, so don't waste our time with stupid questions - "what size would Anthony need?" - Who the hell is Anthony!?
We have to ask if you need help, so don't act like a twat, and flip out when we do so!
Never, under any circumstance, ignore or pretend not to have heard any member of staff.
When the alarm goes off, don't freeze in the door way, coz it will keep going off, it wasn't lying the first time!
If somebody is already serving, and you know they are, don't ask them to get you a shoe, because "you've been waiting ages".
The Basketball court has gone - live with it.
Don't spaz out at the staff if our store doesn't have your size, it's not our fault!
Don't even think about wanting try on a pair of shoes if you don't have any socks on!
Don't bring cheeky little runts in that need a good kickin'!
Don't try on the display shoe, especially after you've read the sign telling you not to.

You see the workers of JJB SPORTS in Corby, really do love their job, honest, take a look at all those smiley faces next time you "strut" in.
